Childcare centers, preschools, private and charter schools, afterschool and summer programs, senior centers, assisted living organizations, workplaces, care-focused organizations, government programs, nonprofits and commercial kitchens.

Programs
Are you a restaurant or meal-delivery service?

No. Heart Rooted Harvest is an institutional nutrition and food-service organization. We serve organizations under written programs, not individual consumers.

Programs
Which meals can a program include?

Breakfast, lunch, supper, morning snacks and afternoon snacks, in individual, bulk or recurring formats confirmed during proposal review.

Programs
Do you cater events?

Custom full-service event catering is provided by our sister concept, The Grand Gathering. We’re happy to connect you.

Ordering
How do we start?

Use the Meal Solutions Builder or request a proposal. We’ll follow up with questions and a written proposal.

Ordering
How do recurring orders work?

Programs run on a standing schedule. Changes are submitted before an agreed cutoff. Our client portal for managing orders online is planned and will open to clients once fully tested.

Ordering
Is there a minimum order?

Minimums depend on format, volume and delivery route, and are stated in your proposal.

Nutrition & Allergens
How do you handle food allergies?

Allergens are identified on labels and menus, and procedures reduce cross-contact. Specific needs are discussed at the organizational level before an agreement. Please don’t send individual medical records through the website.

Nutrition & Allergens
Do you participate in CACFP or school meal programs?

We do not currently claim CACFP vendor approval or approval under USDA school meal programs. If your program participates, tell us and we’ll discuss documentation requirements openly.

Nutrition & Allergens
Are you clinical nutrition providers?

No. We provide general institutional food service. Therapeutic diets must be directed by your organization’s qualified staff.

Nutrition & Allergens
Can menus accommodate cultural or religious requests?

Tell us your requirements. We’ll be clear about which requests we can reliably accommodate.

Delivery
Where do you deliver?

We are based in Princeton, Texas and reviewing service across North DFW, including McKinney, Melissa, Allen, Frisco, Plano and Prosper. Check the service-area map.

Delivery
Can you deliver to several of our locations?

Yes, multi-location programs are planned with a schedule and contact for each site.

Delivery
What happens if a delivery is late?

You hear from us as soon as we know, and the issue is recorded and reviewed with you.

Contracts & Invoicing
Do you publish prices?

No. Every program receives a written proposal based on its requirements.

Contracts & Invoicing
Does submitting the builder create a contract?

No. Submissions are proposal requests. Service begins only after both parties sign a written agreement.

Contracts & Invoicing
How is invoicing handled?

Invoicing terms are set in your agreement. Online invoices and payment through the client portal are planned for a later phase.

Produce
Can I order produce without a meal program?

Yes. See Wholesale & Commercial Supply to request a buyer account or quote.

Produce
Is your produce grown by Furnace Farms?

Some produce may come from our sister concept Furnace Farms in the future, but most comes from established suppliers. We state origin accurately.

Produce
Do you cut produce to specification?

Yes — whole, peeled, sliced, diced, florets, sticks and portion packs, confirmed in your quote.

Partnerships
How can my organization partner on community outreach?

Use the partnership form to tell us about your organization and what you’d like to do together.
