This notice explains how Heart Rooted Harvest, a division of Furnace Hospitality Group (“we”), handles information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
When you submit a form, we receive the information you enter — such as your name, organization, business email, phone number, program requirements and any documents you upload — along with the page you submitted from and the time of submission.
Our forms are designed for organization-level information. Please do not submit individual medical records, children’s personal details, or other sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare proposals.
- To plan programs, routes and partnerships.
- To keep records of requests and communications.
We do not sell your information. Community partnership inquiries are not added to marketing lists.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed and stored by our website hosting provider (Netlify) and may be forwarded to our team’s email. Fonts are served by Google Fonts and some photographs are served by Unsplash; those services may receive standard technical information such as your IP address when your browser loads them.
Saved drafts
The Meal Solutions Builder can save a draft in your own browser’s local storage on your device. That draft is not sent to us until you submit. You can clear it by choosing “Start over” or clearing your browser data.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, then delete them.
