Community Outreach
Good food should reachbeyond the table.
Heart Rooted Harvest coordinates community nourishment for Furnace Hospitality Group — for seniors, homebound neighbors, people who are sick or recovering, and families facing food insecurity.
Our mission
Dignity first.Always.
Everyone deserves a good meal served with respect. Our outreach is designed around dignity and privacy — we don’t photograph people receiving assistance for marketing, and we don’t share their information.
Furnace Hospitality Group has set a preliminary goal for participating food concepts to contribute five meals on each designated operating day. Heart Rooted Harvest coordinates that effort: collecting, preparing, and delivering through community partners who know their neighbors best.
This is a plan, not a past result. We will report outcomes only once they are documented and verified.
