Schools & Charter Programs
Better food experiencesfor brighter school days.
Meal programs for private, charter and independent schools and educational programs — with the documentation, reporting and procurement support administrators need.
For school administrators
A partner who readsthe whole RFP.
School food service sits at the intersection of nutrition, budgets, schedules and procurement rules. We approach it the way administrators do: requirements first, documented clearly, delivered on time.
Whether you are issuing a formal solicitation or exploring options before the next school year, we will tell you plainly what we can provide and how.
Now accepting program inquiries. Heart Rooted Harvest is preparing for launch in Princeton, Texas and North Dallas–Fort Worth. Formats, start dates and service areas are confirmed in writing during proposal review — submitting a request never commits you to an agreement.

FAQs
Questions buyers ask
Do you respond to formal RFPs?
Yes, when the scope fits what we can deliver. Upload documents above or email them; we’ll confirm whether we intend to respond.
Can you provide meal count reports?
Delivery and meal count reporting can be specified in your program. The format is agreed in writing before service begins.
Do you serve public school districts?
Our initial focus is private, charter and independent schools and educational programs. Public districts with formal procurement processes are welcome to contact us.
Do you publish pricing?
Not on the website. Pricing depends on meal types, volume, format, delivery and contract length, so every program receives a written proposal prepared by our team.
Is submitting a request a commitment?
No. Requests and builder submissions are proposal requests only. A program begins only after both parties sign a written agreement.
