Stage 1 of 8
Understand client requirements
We listen first: who you serve, how many, which meals, when, where, and what documentation you need. Nothing is assumed.
Stage 2 of 8
Design the service program
Menus, formats, packaging and delivery plans are drafted into a written proposal you can review with your team.
Stage 3 of 8
Plan sourcing
Ingredients are planned against the menu cycle and volumes, with suppliers whose standards we can document.
Stage 4 of 8
Prepare and produce
Standardized recipes, controlled preparation and a production schedule built backward from your delivery windows.
Stage 5 of 8
Verify quality
Temperatures, portions, labels and counts are checked against the program before anything leaves the kitchen.
Stage 6 of 8
Package and dispatch
Orders are packed in the agreed format, labeled, staged and loaded for their route.
Stage 7 of 8
Deliver
Deliveries arrive within the agreed window, with receiving procedures your staff already know.
Stage 8 of 8
Review and improve
Scheduled reviews with each client to refine menus, volumes and service — and fix anything that fell short.
Now accepting program inquiries. Heart Rooted Harvest is preparing for launch in Princeton, Texas and North Dallas–Fort Worth. Formats, start dates and service areas are confirmed in writing during proposal review — submitting a request never commits you to an agreement.
