Questions buyers ask
Do you provide medical or therapeutic nutrition?
No. We provide general institutional food service. Clinical diet orders remain the responsibility of your organization’s qualified professionals.
Can you support documentation for audits?
We can provide menus, ingredient and allergen information and delivery records as agreed in your program specification.
Do you publish pricing?
Not on the website. Pricing depends on meal types, volume, format, delivery and contract length, so every program receives a written proposal prepared by our team.
Is submitting a request a commitment?
No. Requests and builder submissions are proposal requests only. A program begins only after both parties sign a written agreement.
