Division 01 · Institutional Meal Programs
Meal programs builtaround how you serve.
Contract-based breakfast, lunch, supper and snack production for organizations that feed people every day — planned, portioned, packaged and delivered to your specification.
Institutional food service
Consistency yourteam can plan around.
Feeding people at scale is a promise kept every single day. Our institutional programs are designed for childcare centers, schools, senior centers, assisted living organizations, workplaces, care organizations, government programs and nonprofits.
We start with your requirements — participants, schedule, meal types, receiving windows and documentation — and design a program that fits your operation rather than asking you to fit ours.
Now accepting program inquiries. Heart Rooted Harvest is preparing for launch in Princeton, Texas and North Dallas–Fort Worth. Formats, start dates and service areas are confirmed in writing during proposal review — submitting a request never commits you to an agreement.

Compare formats
Individual, bulk, orrecurring — which fits?
Select a format to highlight it. Many programs combine formats — for example, bulk lunch with individually packaged snacks.
| Attribute | Individual meals | Bulk service | Recurring programs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Programs that need each serving sealed and labeled | Sites with serving staff and a serving line | Ongoing daily or weekly service under one agreement |
| How it arrives | Individually portioned and packaged meals | Hotel pans or bulk containers, portioned on site | Either format, on an agreed recurring schedule |
| Portion control | Fixed at production | Managed by your serving team using our guidance | Defined in the program specification |
| Labeling | Per-meal labels with ingredients and allergens | Container labels with ingredients and allergens | Per your program’s labeling requirements |
| Ordering | Order by count per meal type | Order by servings or pans | Standing order with change requests before cutoff |
| Planning effort | Lowest on site | Requires serving equipment and staff | Set up once, reviewed together on a schedule |
Format availability is confirmed for each program during proposal review.

FAQs
Questions buyers ask
Can we combine formats?
Yes. Many programs combine bulk service for main meals with individually packaged snacks, for example. Your proposal will specify each format.
Can menus change over time?
Yes. Menu cycles are reviewed with you on a schedule, and change requests can be submitted ahead of production cutoffs.
Do you provide serving staff?
Our institutional programs focus on production, packaging and delivery. Full-service event catering is provided by our sister concept, The Grand Gathering.
Do you publish pricing?
Not on the website. Pricing depends on meal types, volume, format, delivery and contract length, so every program receives a written proposal prepared by our team.
Is submitting a request a commitment?
No. Requests and builder submissions are proposal requests only. A program begins only after both parties sign a written agreement.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Princeton, Texas and are reviewing service across North Dallas–Fort Worth. See the service-area map for current status.
